ROI & revenue

Focusing on the metrics that matter to your bottom line

When we sit down together to review progress, we focus on the business outcomes that matter most:

Revenue generated

Is your marketing bringing back more cash than it costs?

Lead quality

Are you attracting high-intent buyers, or wasting time on poor-fit inquiries?

Ad spend efficiency

Are we cutting wasted budget on dead-end keywords and doubling down on what converts?

Pipeline momentum

Are you closing more deals, booking more jobs, and building real equity?

The review process

Structured reviews every 6 to 8 weeks

Real marketing data takes volume to mature. Most local businesses don't have the daily traffic required to draw reliable conclusions in two or three weeks.
A 6 to 8 week cadence cuts through short-term statistical noise, giving us enough clean data to evaluate campaign changes, reconcile booked sales, and make confident adjustments.

The engine under the hood

Full lead visibility, from first click to closed sale

Behind the scenes, I build and manage the tracking infrastructure required to make this clarity possible. Every phone call, contact form, and map click is connected directly to your sales pipeline.
Instead of handing off leads at the door and hoping for the best, I follow the data all the way through to your final sale, which gives me the exact levers I need to incrementally increase your revenue over time.

1. Multi-touch capture

Calls, forms, and local map clicks recorded in real time

2. Pipeline attribution

Inquiries tagged by campaign source and customer quality

3. Revenue match

Leads reconciled directly against actual closed bank sales

Clear answers about tracking leads and measuring ROI.

If you have a question and don't see it here, I'll be happy to answer it and any other questions when you schedule a call.

How do we actually track and match lead data to closed revenue?

I log every incoming phone call, form, and map inquiry into a dedicated CRM view, where leads are automatically tagged with details about the marketing source. During our 6 to 8 week reviews, we go through those leads together for a quick 15-minute reconciliation. You tell me which inquiries converted into paid jobs and estimated job values, and we map those numbers back to the exact campaigns that generated them.

What kind of effort is required from me or my team?

Very little. I handle all tracking setup, call recording, form integration, and CRM maintenance behind the scenes. Your only job is to provide simple status updates on whether incoming leads booked a job, either through our quick review calls or directly inside the CRM.

Do I need to replace my existing CRM or software stack?

Not necessarily. The CRM itself matters less than what it measures. What we really need is a reliable way to see which marketing efforts, like local SEO and Google Ads, bring in the most revenue, so we know where your budget is earning its keep.

My lead tracking system handles that, and it runs alongside the tools you already use. If you’d prefer to keep everything inside your current CRM, that may mean giving up some features of my tracking system. As a small business myself, I’m not able to offer custom technical integrations outside the tools I work with.

What if a lead calls back weeks later or takes months to close?

Longer sales cycles are precisely why we review performance every 6 to 8 weeks instead of every two weeks. Every lead is tagged at first contact, so we can easily attribute a closed sale back to a campaign run two months ago. Late-closing jobs can be accurately credited to the original marketing source.

What happens if a specific campaign or lead source isn't performing?

We don’t want to leave underperforming campaigns on autopilot to burn through budget. So when our review data shows a low-converting channel or a source driving poor-fit leads, we adjust targeting, refine campaign messaging, or reallocate that budget directly into the channels yielding your highest-margin jobs.
